What we collect
Only what you send us. If you complete the enquiry form we hold your name, email address, optional company name and the description of your project. If you email us we hold that correspondence. We do not buy contact data and we do not enrich what you give us from third-party sources.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of what was agreed if we work together. That is the whole purpose. We do not run marketing sequences and we will not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to a signed engagement are kept for as long as we have a contractual or legal reason to hold them, then deleted.
Who else sees it
The enquiry form on this site posts to Web3Forms, which relays the message to our inbox and does not retain the content. Beyond that, our email and document providers act as processors under their own data protection terms. Nobody else. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not transfer client project material outside the systems agreed with you.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Your colour-theme preference is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the requests that reach the site in order to serve it, and keeps aggregate request counts. That is ordinary web-server logging rather than tracking, and it is not linked to you as an individual.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email help@edentaa.com and we will action it within thirty days. If we cannot, we will tell you why in plain terms.
Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. Client repositories and cloud environments belong to the client, and our access to them is removed at the end of an engagement unless a support arrangement is in place.
